We understand that mistakes can happen! Here is our policy on address changes:

  • If Your Order Has Not Shipped: Please email our customer support team immediately at [your customer service email] with the subject line "URGENT: Address Change" and your order number. If we catch the order before it is processed by our fulfillment team, we will do our best to update the address for you. However, due to our fast processing times, we cannot guarantee this is possible.
  • Our Recommended Solution: If we are unable to edit the address in time, we can attempt to cancel your original order. This would allow you to place a new order with the correct shipping address. Please let us know in your email if you would like us to proceed with a cancellation if the address cannot be changed.
  • If Your Order Has Already Shipped: Once an order is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we unfortunately have no way to modify the address. We recommend using your tracking number to contact the carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) directly to inquire about intercepting or redirecting the package to the correct address.
